Skaffold provides public content and member only content. To access the member only content you are required to hold a current Skaffold membership, which can be purchased at www.skaffold.com or by calling 1300 Skaffold (1300 752 336).
Skaffold members are allocated a username and password. Your username will be your current email address and your password will be automatically generated. You will be asked to change your password when you first log in at skaffold.com and you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must not use an email address that you do not own.
Your agreement to comply with these Terms of Use commences from the time your membership becomes financially current. That is, when your credit card is processed and approved, your cheque is received, or electronic funds cleared in our bank account.
Your agreement is personal to you and cannot be shared with anyone else.
By accepting Skaffold’s Terms of Use, you agree that you will not, and will not allow or cause a third party, to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy or modify Skaffold or use the whole or any part of Skaffold to assist in the development of a similar or competitive product or otherwise use Skaffold except as provided in these Terms of Use. You also agree to not resell or commercially exploit your membership or any part of Skaffold.
i. Single User Membership
Upon becoming a member, Skaffold grants you a single user, non-exclusive, non-transferable membership to access and use Skaffold for the term of your membership.
Your Skaffold membership must not be used by any person other than you.
Skaffold provides persons with membership privileges. By purchasing your Skaffold membership, you agree that only you are permitted to use Skaffold. You also agree that you will not assign nor sub-licence your membership to anyone else.
Permitting others to use your Skaffold membership may result in your membership being cancelled and you being permanently blocked from using Skaffold.
You must not use Skaffold, or allow anyone else to use Skaffold for illegal or improper uses, including: for fraudulent, criminal or other activities in breach of any law (including without limitation, any law at any place where the communication or transmission was sent, viewed or received); in any way which breaches another person's rights, including copyright or other intellectual property rights; to copy, store, modify, republish or redistribute content of Skaffold; in any way which breaches any security or other safeguards or in any other way which harms or interferes with Skaffold.
ii. Membership Conditions
By agreeing to Skaffold’s Terms of Use, you are agreeing you will not, nor attempt to:-
1. copy, modify, adapt or reproduce part or all of Skaffold or its related websites;
2. use the information provided by Skaffold other than as permitted or directed by Skaffold;
3. disclose your username and/or password to any other person;
4. loan, lend, lease or transfer your membership privileges or any information provided by Skaffold to any person; or
5. allow any third party to do any of the acts referred to above.
You also agree that:-
1. you acquire absolutely no rights to the intellectual property contained with Skaffold other than the limited right to use Skaffold in accordance with these Terms of Use;
2. access is for your own personal, non commercial and professional use in accordance with Skaffold’s Terms of Use;
3. by contributing intellectual property to Skaffold you grant Skaffold non exclusive royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, copy and display such content at Skaffold’s discretion. Skaffold assumes no liability for any contribution submitted by you or a third party.
iii. Accessing Skaffold
Access to Skaffold is available at www.skaffold.com for members with a valid Username and Password. In relation to your use of your Username and Password, you agree to:
• treat your Username and Password as confidential and not share it with any third parties;
• take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised use or access to Skaffold using your Username and Password;
• comply with Skaffold’s Terms of Use;
• not engage in any activities that may interfere or disrupt Skaffold’s ability to provide Skaffold as intended;
• not engage in any activities that may interfere with or disrupt the ability of other Skaffold members to use Skaffold.
To preserve the integrity of your membership privileges, Skaffold reserves the right to amend your Username and Password at any time.
In the event that the integrity of your Username and Password is compromised, Skaffold reserves the right to cancel your membership and block your access and you agree to take responsibility and pay all expenses incurred as a result of the actions undertaken by persons using your Username and Password.
iv. Your Membership – Join Now
Skaffold’s membership pricing is published at skaffold.com. Skaffold has used reasonable endeavours to ensure prices published are accurate, however these prices are subject to change and Skaffold reserves the right to change these prices without prior notice at any time. Prices charged and payable will be those quoted at the time you complete your membership application at skaffold.com or by calling 1300 SKAFFOLD (1300 752 336).
Prices published at skaffold.com for Skaffold’s membership privileges are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
To join Skaffold you must go to skaffold.com, click Join Now and complete the information marked as “Required”, including your preferred payment method. Upon approval of your credit card transaction you will be presented with your Username and temporary Password. You will be required to update your Password at your first login, in addition to your suburb, state, postcode and country.
If you elect to pay for your membership by Cheque or Direct Debit, you will receive an email detailing steps you need to take to join Skaffold.
Skaffold reserves the right to add additional charges for amounts related to freight, and where applicable, merchant fees on financial transactions.
We reserve the right to introduce a fee for paying your Account using a credit card. If we introduce such a fee we will provide you with sufficient notice of the fee and the date from which it will apply.
Skaffold Pty Limited (ABN 43 142 851 116) will email you a tax invoice in relation to your membership. The amount of GST payable will be calculated by multiplying the sum of the price for your membership by the rate of GST applicable at the time of supply. For the purposes of GST, the words "supply" and "tax invoice" have the same meaning as that given to them in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
v. Always renew
Skaffold offers an auto renewal option – Always Renew. To activate Always Renew login to your Account and click the Always Renew tab, or call us on 1300 SKAFFOLD (1300 752 336).You can cancel Always Renew by logging into your Account.
If you choose to activate Always Renew your credit card will be charged on or about the day your current membership ends as per the current pricing schedule available at www.skaffold.com.
We will contact you, via email, one month before your credit card is due to be charged, advising the amount and date the charge is scheduled to occur.
To ensure your membership does not lapse, please let use know if your credit card number changes or expiry date is updated. You can do this by calling 1300 SKAFFOLD or by logging into your Account. For your own security, we don’t recommend emailing these personal details.
If your payment is returned or dishonoured, we will wait 24 hours before attempting to charge your card again. Should your card be declined a second time we will contact you via phone or email to discuss alternative payment options. Any transactions fees incurred by us in respect of the above may be passed onto you.
vi. Commencement
Your membership will commence upon approval of your membership payment, be that credit card, cheque or direct deposit.
vii. Suspension
You are welcome to suspend your membership for a maximum of 28 days during every twelve month membership period. So if you are going on holidays or will be unable to access Skaffold for an extended period of time, we can put your membership on hold for you.
To suspend your membership log in to your Account or call us on 1300 SKAFFOLD. When you suspend your membership we will ask what date you would like it reactivated. Reactivation will occur automatically on or before a maximum 28 days from the start of the suspension period. You will not be able to suspend your membership within the 28 days before your membership is due for renewal.
We think Skaffold is great, but understand that it may not be the right stock market application for you.
Skaffold offers a 30-day money back guarantee on your initial twelve month membership during the first 30 days after you purchase your membership. Refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to team@skaffold.com or posted to Skaffold Pty Limited GPO Box 3324 Sydney NSW 2001.
Within reasonable circumstance, at the discretion of Skaffold, we may provide you with a pro-rata refund more than 30 days after the commencement of your initial membership.
If you do not comply with Skaffold’s Terms of Use, we may, at our discretion, cancel your membership and block your access to Skaffold. In this case no membership fees will be refunded.
ix. Support Services
Skaffold’s Member Experience Experts are available between 9am and 5pm (Sydney time) on normal business days by calling 1300 SKAFFOLD (1300 752 336) or contacting us. Please understand that, at times, our Member Experience Experts may experience a larger than usual influx of phone calls and emails. In this case it may take up to 24 hours to respond to you. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience.
When you get in touch with us you will receive an automated response confirming we have received your email. If you do not receive a response it is likely your email has not been received. If this occurs, try resending your email or call us on 1300 SKAFFOLD (1300 752 336). To ensure fairness, we will answer your emails and phone calls in the order we receive them.

x. Limitations to Skaffold
To use your Skaffold membership you require a computer with Flash Player 9 or later and access to the internet.
The quality and availability of Skaffold may sometimes be affected or disrupted by factors outside of our control. Such factors can include interruptions to internet services suffered by Skaffold, you or other communications carriage service providers through which Skaffold is hosted, accessed or administered, lack of capacity and faults in other telecommunications networks to which Skaffold is connected.
We may change or withdraw some or part of the Skaffold service from time to time. This may be because of changing technologies, obsolescence, new or different product features or functionality, changing content providers and the need to remove, replace or modify content.
xi. Communication

When you join Skaffold you give us permission to communicate with you in relation to your membership. We may also inform you of happenings on our Facebook page and other social networking sites. You can opt-out of receiving email communications from us at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in the footer of our emails or updating your details in your Account.
When you Try Skaffold, Get in Touch or Tell A Friend you give us permission to contact you in relation to Skaffold memberships, news and happenings on our Facebook page and social networking sites. You can unsubscribe at any time.
xii. Intellectual Property Rights
Skaffold is owned by Skaffold Pty Limited. Skaffold retains all of the Intellectual Property Rights and does not grant you any rights in respect of the Intellectual Property Rights.
Skaffold is a registered trademark of Skaffold Pty Limited.
You may print out and/or download information provided by Skaffold for your own personal and non-commercial use; however you may not copy, download, screen capture, publish, distribute or reproduce any of the information in any form without the prior written consent of Skaffold.
xiii. Equipment Required
You acknowledge that to use Skaffold you must:-
1. take into account the information set out in our Financial Services Guide and any Manuals;
2. provide and use your own computer hardware and internet browser software;
3. arrange for Skaffold to be useable on your hardware, and integrated with your own software; and
4. use Skaffold only in the manner suggested by us;
and you acknowledge that Skaffold has no responsibility to do or assist you to do any or all of these things.
xiv. Terms of the Agreement
The Terms of this agreement apply as long as you remain a member of Skaffold and continue to apply for so long as:
1. Your membership is financial and personal details are accurate, and
2. You permit us to retain your contact details
xv. Governing Law
Skaffold’s Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Skaffold receives data from a wide variety of publicly available and subscription-based sources. Skaffold accepts no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies in the data contained within Skaffold, however we will endeavour to resolve any errors or inaccuracies in a timely manner.
Everyone is invited to 'Try Skaffold'. 'Try Skaffold' allows new visitors to skaffold.com to search for up to five ASX-listed businesses and see their placement on Skaffold’s Quality Aerial View. This is a great way to see where stocks in your share portfolio are rated on Skaffold’s Quality Aerial View.
There is no obligation to join Skaffold after trying it. 'Try Skaffold' allows you to assess a small element of Skaffold’s powerful features for stock market investors to see if you can incorporate Skaffold into your investment decision process.
By trying Skaffold you grant Skaffold the right to retain your details and use those details for communication, research and marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving communications from us by calling 1300 SKAFFOLD (1300 752 336) or contacting us.
Skaffold’s Leaderboard portfolio are sourced directly from Skaffold’s members and may or may not be representative of an actual share portfolio. Each member can create a portfolio of stocks, which are then tracked for as long as they choose to keep the portfolio live.
